Namsnails at Gulfood Dubai: Stepping onto the Global Stage

This year marked a major milestone for Namsnails as we proudly participated in the Gulfood Exhibition in Dubai, one of the most influential food and beverage events in the world. For us, this was more than just an exhibition—it was our first opportunity to introduce Namsnails to a truly global audience and to let the world taste what we’ve been building.


About Gulfood: A Global Food Powerhouse

Gulfood is the world’s largest food and beverage exhibition, drawing industry leaders, innovators, and buyers from across the globe. Held annually in Dubai at both the Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai, the event spans an impressive 280,000 square meters across two major venues.

In 2026, Gulfood brings together over 8,500 exhibitors from more than 190 countries, making it a premier global platform for sourcing products, discovering emerging trends, and building meaningful industry connections. The exhibition covers 12 major sectors, including beverages, dairy, meat, and food innovation—creating a comprehensive snapshot of the global food ecosystem.

For any growing food brand, Gulfood represents opportunity, visibility, and validation on an international scale.

The Truebell Connection

Namsnails’ participation at Gulfood was made possible through an invitation from Truebell, a prominent Sharjah-based importer, wholesaler, and distributor in the UAE. Truebell specialises in importing high-quality food and beverage products and supplies a wide range of clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and hospitals.

Being invited by such a well-established and respected company was an honour and a strong vote of confidence in our product.


What Gulfood Meant for Namsnails

For Namsnails, Gulfood was a defining moment.

This exhibition marked the first time we presented our snails to the world—a proud and exciting step in our journey. Standing among thousands of global brands, we had the opportunity to showcase the quality of our product, explain our process, and share the story behind Namsnails with an international audience.

Throughout the event, we connected with buyers, distributors, chefs, and food enthusiasts from different regions, each curious about our snails and what sets them apart. These conversations went beyond business; they were about culture, sustainability, food innovation, and the growing interest in unique, premium protein sources.


Sharing Our Story

One of the most rewarding aspects of Gulfood was the chance to tell our story in person. We spoke about where Namsnails began, our commitment to quality, and our vision for bringing premium snails to global markets. The feedback we received was encouraging and inspiring, reinforcing our belief that there is a strong place for Namsnails on the international stage.

Meeting new people, exchanging ideas, and seeing genuine excitement around our product reminded us why we started this journey in the first place.
