NamSnails at the African Food Show

Where there is something cooking, Namsnails is not too far! It is time to take a break from the farm and visit the African Food Show in Cape Town. This is the time when we show Southern Africa what Namibia is doing in the food sector.

The African Food Show, is so much more than a place to eat good food; it is an opportunity for food enthusiasts, chefs, restaurateurs, distributors, and industry professionals come together! This year, Namsnails is part of this event and we can share what our farm is doing.

Taste the Difference

Visitors will have the chance to taste our perfectly prepared snail dishes that showcase the rich flavour and tender textures of our products. Whether you're trying snails for the first time or are already a fan, our tasting experience promises to surprise and delight your palate.

Our team will be on hand to share information about snail farming, the nutritional benefits of snails, and the growing demand for this sustainable food source across Africa and beyond.

More Than Just a Delicacy

At NamSnails, we believe snails are much more than a standalone dish. They are a versatile ingredient that can elevate a wide variety of culinary creations. During the show, visitors will discover how chefs are incorporating our snails into innovative recipes, from gourmet appetisers and pasta dishes to contemporary African cuisine and fusion menus.

These special dishes demonstrate how snails can bring a unique texture, flavour, and nutritional value to modern cooking while offering chefs an exciting ingredient to work with.

Whenever there is an opportunity to share our product and get to know new people, Namsails will be there!

It was a privilege to share our passion for snails and show how NamSnails is helping shape the future of sustainable food in Africa.

See you next year!
